JFoodie The package says it has 50% dietary fiber, 24% Vitamin C, 17% protein, 10% Iron. The green peas are imported according to the label at the back. I don’t know why it is imported from the USA since we have farmers that sell green peas locally. Maybe the imported ones are better. Anyway the green peas are good to eat. I think it is fried and then salted with all the other stuffs included while making this product. It is also crispy and not hard to chew so it is a great addition to your snacks if you love fried or dried nuts.
