Oishi has a new kind of snack. Maybe it’s not so new and been available months ago but it’s only today I saw this new product. The snack was prawn pumpkin chips. This suppose to have pumpkins or squash as the main ingredient. I was just wondering if pumpkins grow here in the Philippines or just a mistake calling squash as pumpkin. When I open the pack I thought the chips is similar to potato chips but it was not. I looks like prawn crackers because of its thickness and color. And with regards to the taste, I can’t tell the difference between prawn and squash. If you like squash, I think you will love it. By the way, at the back of the packaging I saw this: “ Product developed in support of the Inter Agency Group (IAG) Project on veggie-enriched snacks”.
