Lucky Me! Instant Bulalo Flavor Beef Noodle Soup

Lucky Me! Instant Bulalo Flavor Beef Noodle SoupThis noodle soup has a new packaging but the contents is the same in the usual styro bowl packaging. The same tasty beef noodle soup we used to love. Maybe they are cost cutting or maybe they replaced the packaging because styo foam is harmful to the environment which causes depletion on the ozone layer. The Flavor is “bulalo” which is the tagalong term for beef bone marrow soup and a tasty Filipino dish. The contents of this pack consist of dried noodles, dried beef pellets, flavoring and oil. 1. Cathy says:

    The only problem with Lucky Me noodles is the amount of headache-causing MSG inside their spices. I’m always experiencing extremely painful headaches every time I eat Lucky Me noodles. I really wish they’d cut down on using that poisonous substance and use natural flavoring instead.

  2. Sheena says:

    Wow! Try adding potato chunks and pechay to. It’s the best ever! :D

    @Cathy
    MSG is generally not harmful. But some people may have short-term reactions to MSG. These reactions — known as MSG symptom complex — may include headache. The only way to prevent a reaction is to avoid foods containing MSG. :D
