One of the famous Filipino dishes is the kaldereta. Stewed meat ( can be: pork, beef, goat or chicken) with tomato sauce and vegetables like potatoes, carrots, red bell pepper and green peas. The potato chip does taste like kaldereta specially if you are eating the potatoes of the real kaldereta dish.
